單奇,男,1983年出生,博士,副研究員,碩士生導師。全國農業行業職業技能大賽國家級裁判員。現任中國水產科學研究院珠江水產研究所水產品質量安全與標準研究室副主任。主要從事獸醫藥理學和水產品質量安全風險評估研究。先后主持和參與了國家自然科學基金、國家重點研發計劃、國家公益性行業(農業)科研專項、廣東省自然科學基金等科研項目30余項。發表各類論文共50多篇,其中SCI 30多篇。獲授權發明專利1項,實用新型專利4項,軟件著作權1項,參編著作2部。
