個人簡介：
徐猛，男，安徽宿州人，1984年生，博士，副研究員。2012年博士畢業于中山大學，生態學專業。中國水產科學研究院外來物種與生態安全科技創新團隊副首席，中國水產科學研究院外來物種與生態安全重點實驗室副主任。主要從事外來水生生物入侵機制及生態影響評估的研究工作。研究內容涉及外來魚類、福壽螺等入侵機理、大尺度地理分布格局、對本地生態系統的影響及其量化評估方法等。主持國家自然科學基金、國家外來物種普查重點調查、廣東省自然科學基金、廣州市科技計劃等項目，參與國家重點研發計劃、國家自然科學基金-廣東省聯合基金、農業部外來物種監測項目等10余項。在國內外期刊發表論文40余篇，其中以第一作者在《Nature Communications》、《Global Change Biology》、《Global Ecology and Biogeography》等SCI期刊發表論文9篇（最高IF = 14.7），研究成果入選2024年中國水產科學研究院十大科研進展。獲授權國家專利33項（第一授權人9項），軟件著作權4項；參編著作9部；發布農業行業標準5項。獲廣東省農業技術推廣獎二等獎（排名第一）、廣東省科技進步獎二等獎（排名第3）、中國水產學會范蠡科學技術獎二等獎（排名第3）、中國水產科學研究院科學技術進步獎二等獎（排名第7）及三等獎（排名第3）等。2019年獲廣州市“珠江科技新星”人才稱號。2022年獲中國水產科學研究院“水科英才”-拔尖人才稱號。上海海洋大學、西南大學、天津農學院兼職碩士生導師。
