個人簡介：
1984年出生，山東聊城人，博士，副研究員，碩士生導師，獲“珠江科技新星”人才稱號。本科畢業于山東大學生物科學專業，碩士畢業于華東師范大學生態學專業，博士畢業于上海海洋大學水產養殖專業。
現任水產種質資源與遺傳育種研究室副主任，中國水產科學研究院“龜鱉遺傳育種創新團隊”首席，中國水產科學研究院學術委員會委員，長期從事水產動物種質資源與遺傳育種的研究工作，研究涉及生態學、分子生物學、細胞生物學、生物信息學等領域。
主持國家自然科學基金、國家重點研發計劃水產生物育種共性前沿技術創新青年科學家項目（子課題）、農業基礎性長期性科技工作國家漁業科學數據中心觀測監測任務、廣東省自然科學基金面上項目、廣州市科技計劃科技創新人才專項、中國水產科學研究院院級基本科研業務費等項目共20余項。作為主完成人，獲新品種1個；獲得成果獎勵3項；發表論文60余篇（第一作者/通訊作者26篇）；授權發明專利20余項（第一發明人9項）、實用新型專利10余項（第一發明人1項）；參編著作3部；主筆撰寫五華縣養殖水域灘涂規劃；為廣東省首例違法捕魚生態補償案件提供參考意見報告；為佛山市南海區、順德區的漁業資源調查及增殖放流等提供方案及建議2份。
