個人簡介：
男，1985年出生，湖北廣水人。博士，副研究員。從事龜鱉等水產種質資源及遺傳保護研究，揚州大學兼職碩士碩士生導師，院龜鱉遺傳育種創新團隊專業學術帶頭人，中國水產流通與加工協會龜鱉行業專家技術委員會委員。在黿、中華鱉、鱧、美洲鰣等資源保護與遺傳育種方面進行了深入研究。主持或者參與省部級等科技項目30多項，在全國首次成功開展了國家一級重點保護動物黿馴養繁殖，實現了該瀕危物種的人工保種，相關工作得到了農業農村部領導的批示。主筆了農業農村部印發的《黿拯救行動計劃（2019-2035年）》，作為負責人技術支撐了黿野化適應性保護及效果評估工作。作為項目骨干實施了中華鱉和鱧育種研究，培育出水產新品種中華鱉“珠水1號”和“烏斑雜交鱧”。依托“農業農村部水產種質檢驗測試中心（廣州）”開展了100多種水產種質檢驗，主持或參與制定了國家或地方水產行業標準10多項；發表學術論文50余篇，其中第一作者及通訊作者30余篇；參編著作4本；授權國家發明專利15余件（第1發明人2件）。
